Mr. Patel at the Hoboken, NJ has been exceptional! I have also found Ms. Porter at the PATH branch to be very friendly as well.
Sanatander is a great bank! I love banking with them. People complain because they are strict. There is no way this bank is only a one star. It is clear that people that don't know how to manage their money are the complainers. Look at yourself first! If every bank you go to is terrible, then you are the problem.

It is clear that NJ may have different standards. Trust me when I tell you, the Boston branches absolutely STINK! Be thankful you get customer service. Here in Boston, we're lucky if we find a manager in any branch, much less more than one teller during peak periods.
