Worst Service Ever!

If there is a way to select a (-)star this branch really deserve it. End of October I opened a checking account (because it is close to my job). I was attended by Maura Alexander who was very pleasant and effective doing her job (I was very happy at that time thinking that was the best bank ever) 2 weeks after I had to come back to the branch as I never received in the mail my ATM card and the online package to set my online banking. I had to ordered overnight to the bank address my ATM card and pay over 30 boss for that, that was the first time I meet Jeniffer Garcia (Please Sovering you need to reconsidering about keeping that lady in your bank)
After the first week of December (YES) I still was waiting for my online banking information, check, etc, in my mail. Up to that time I had 3 visit to this branch and talking, email, and voice messages to the same person (Jeniffer Garcia) whom instead of making a little bit effort to resolved the problem just show a dishonor gesture with her face while talking to me in person, forget about answering emails or returning voice messages.
I decided to try another branch as it seems that Broadway and 35th location doesn't have any other personal that really helps clients. I tried the branch located at 1062 3rd avenue (because it is close to my apartment) Thanks god I meet Marc Dennis whom in less than 10 minutes resolved the problem that Jeniffer Garcia couldn’t resolved in more than a month. I won’t give details about what he did but whatever Marc did about service a client is what every bank should do with their customer.
Jeniffer I’ll recommend you go and observe just for 1 day how Marc do his job. It will help you to keep the clients in your branch. You are offering the worst customer services ever in all NYC business.
