I have proof my account was hacked. A teller at the main branch was very rude and obnoxious and I replied in mind. Jason refused to let me open an account because his unprofessional teller got their feelings hurt. This is typical Winnfield Winn Parish behavior. The small branch I have no complaints at all. Always treated with respect. The main branch is a polar opposite. Rude uncaring vibes when you walk in. Jason gave me no chance to explain my side. Any teller or store clerk will tell you I'm very good natured and friendly. Jason is very unprofessional and I have no idea how he got the job. Winn Parish has opinions about me because they don't like my ex judge brother. We are 2 people with the same parents. They haven't taken time to get to know me. All officials here are the same. Give a man a chance. Quit listening to haters. I will never darken the door at Sabine State Bank again. Jason handled the issue in a childish manner.. it's the tellers at the main branch,NOT the downtown branch.Awesome folks there. They refuse to investigate unauthorized charges, called me a liar. I have solid proof now.but not even Jacque would say it's proof in my favor.ive had my fill of "the good ol' boy" politics in Winn Parish and as soon as my car is paid. I'm gone good riddance style. They lost my money, called me a liar and refused to investigate.I am not safe here anymore. I'm sick of it and will take it no longer.

I recently switched to Sabine State Bank from Chase because of Chase Bank's outrageous fees.  I chose Sabine Bank because they're a local bank with a good reputation.  I was SOOO wrong.  

My debit card was stolen on Saturday.  I checked my account to find all kinds of recent charges.  I called frantic to find out what was going on and guess what!  All I got was a frickin answering machine saying "PLEASE CALL BACK DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS".  Are you KIDDING ME!  I'm losing hundreds of dollars a day and I get a RECORDING!  Not only that, but it says to press 22 to leave a message and it NEVER PICKS UP.  

I call the toll free line to have my debit card cancelled and I'm on hold for TWENTY TWO MINUTES.  

Unbelievable.  Monday morning I'm closing my account for good.
