I have been dealing with Rosedale Federal for well over thirty years for home mortgages, equity line of credit, passbook savings, checking, etc., and no matter which branch I went to, I have never had a problem for they are all good, they are the best. The Forest Hill Branch really stands out as the best of the best. The staff at this location are extremely courteous, patient, caring, and educational. Very professional yet friendly, not "standoffish." The entire staff (manager and/or tellers) are a wealth of knowledge and can guide you through any problem that might arise. They make banking a pleasure so much so that you want to avoid online banking and go to the physical brick and mortar building to conduct business. Terrific customer service skills. They know how to treat their customers and make them fell welcomed. Great choice!!!

Had a mortgage with them for over 10 years the sold my house. They have some of the lowest rates in Maryland. When I buy my next house I would definitely use them again. Their rates are still lower than the national chains.
