I needed a new debit card and went into the Foxborough office for that reason. I was helped by a young man named Angel who efficiently produced a new card for me right away at the office while I waited for a short period of time. I very rarely go into the bank in person anymore as I do my banking online. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent client experience that I had. I have worked in banking as a career for 30 years and was impressed with the bank and the staff there.  Keep up the good work!

My Experience with Rockland trust has been nothing short of a nightmare.  I took a mortgage out on a home in Attleboro with Rockland trust. First thing to happen was this bank accidentally gave out my financial information to someone else and than notified me of their mistake. The unprofessionalism here alone should have been a sign. I later took a home equity line of credit on my home. When discussing the loans fee nothing was mentioned of an early termination fee. I disclosed the likelihood of me not need the line of credit in a few months and the loan officer never mentioned a cancelation clause, not once. He just want to get the loan processed. When trying to terminate the unused line of credit they tried charging me $500 cancelation fee. I talked with the manager PJ Ventura and offered no sympathy for the financial data they gave away or the fact the cancelation clause was never disclosed by his employee. He promised to get back to me on the matter. Its been over a month now and he still hasn't gotten back to me. The support line hasn't been very helpful either. Take your business else where, where they respect your financial data and customer service is more valued

 Bank has  Bank by phone, but it is not 24/7. It used to be called blue Hill savings Bank. Bluehill savings bank had a 24/7  800 number that I regularly used to call to check on my checking account balance, checks that have cleared, deposits that have been received, and with Charles that have been made. Rockland Trust  Took the place of blue Hill savings bank in Dedham Massachusetts, and it has a bank by number to phone to check on my account. Today is Sunday, that phone number Is out of service.
