I sold a piece of property in Louisiana, and the Lawyer give
me a large check written by Resource bank, I drove over the lake to the resource bank on Airline in Metairie, the manager
paul Larocca jr.refuse to Cash his on Check.I know it was because I was Black, I was in need of some Cash,and wanted him
to deposit it and let me have at lease $1500.00 out of $31,000.He told me that he could not do that for me.He wanted to give me a cashier check, but for the whole amount
no cash back. Because I was not a customer there. So I offer to become a customer. Deposit the check up me and open up me an account. NO! he said that he was not  doing that Either.
Because ALL I WANTED WAS HIS CASH.So he tole me It was nothing that he could do for me with RESOURCE OWN CHECK. That happen on Friday 13, 2014. Today Tuesday I 17,2014 do I still waiting for the check to clear. My bank don't trust Resource Bank Hancock Bank in Mississippi let me had 5000 off the check the rest is still on hold I never felt so ASHAMED. This is not a good bank to deal with.I was told these things out loud at the counter.
