I have  Utilized the Jonesborough branch for 6 years using an Estate account. I wanted to reach out to personally thank Shannon for her willingness to help me as well as words of encouragement over the years. I cannot thank you enough for your unwavering support during a difficult time of my mom’s passing. Recently I had computer issue difficulties with a transfer of funds -each time I showed up in the lobby your willingness to lend a helping hand made a world of difference. That being said flexible team members stepping in to lend support - I would also like to thank Lisa who also took time to help with my transfer of funds situation . Both Ladies knew my name when I entered the bank -In this day and age hearing your name said in a pleasant way- I felt I was amongst friends and a guest on the tv show  Cheer’s .To sum up I wanted you both to know your kindness did not go unnoticed and I am truly grateful for your help and support .Amidst the chaos and uncertainty of today’s world , your steady presence as been a beacon of stability.Thank you for being my rock to weather the storm. This bank/branch in Lake City, FL.   The entire staff are genuinely knowledgeable of each customer face and name.  What an awesome team!!!!!

I recently visited Renasant Bank at the Barnes Crossing Location.. A teller named Johanna Loyd was so knowledgeable of the bank and all there policies .. best customer service I have ever had .. anywhere .. keep up the good work and I will return and also spread the word .. thanks ..

well suntrust has ben fair to me moriage of home banking
 ect .employees have ben helpful so far. one this morning
4/5.13 by name  lawren  at hermitage branch tn. 37076
could not ask for more the v. pres at bank could be
more helpful
 so far ok dont pay enough intrest
