I opened an account here and did not opt in for overdraft covers in the event that my card got hacked. I have had 3 fraudulent charges with my debit card at this bank. Low and behold they opted me into overdraft coverage without my knowledge. They are very busy here with long wait times and I think they rush through customers. Not happy with them and will probably close my account!

Forrest City Regions bank has lost my business. This morning I couldn't go in the bank because it was TEMPORARILY CLOSED!!!! They are always closed. The bank has run to the ground.

We opened our account with Regions Bank at least 25 years ago. The people at the Jasper Branch have always been polite and helpful. Recently discontinued there Saturday hours, so we were forced to go to the Ball Ground locations. Once again, nothing we have been treated great! If you are looking for a new bank, I'd strongly recommend Regions Bank, couldn't ask for a better group of people.
