Fix Atm please! I can never deposit and most of the time I can't even put the card in. Branches are to far apart for them to have atm problems

I have been with regions bank for quite a few years. The reason I choose to stay with regions is not because I liked the bank so much, but because of the tellers in the drive thru at the radio road location. Especially Tanya she always has a cheerful smile and pleasant words which helps me .......laugh all the way to the bank

Regions is the best bank I've dealt with. I like credit unions better, but their locations are not convenient. This branch is around the corner from my house, and I can walk to it if I choose. The staff is friendly, knows who I am when I enter the branch, and even knows me at the drive through. I haven't had this good a banking experience for about 30 years when all banks were local or regional. My overall bank rating is a 4 instead of a 5 because they started charging me a monthly checking account fee when all the banking rules changed. But, hardly any bank offers free checking anymore.

I have always enjoyed working withthe tellers and customer service in this branch.  However, the last manager there was not a relationship manager.  The new manager, Stacie, is phenomenal.  Very friendly and willing to assist in any way.  Top it off, she's just plain gorgeous too which is an added plus:)

Always short handed. They do their best. ( ? Board of directors should have made cuts somewhere else. )
