That office is a joke.  The teller manager, Amy, is obnoxious and so rude.  Everyone I know that uses Regions hates her.  Doesn't Regions see that?  I've never seen her in a good mood.  When they brought in that heavy set manager, all of the good people that have been here for years and years quit - except for one.  The good ones left and the bad ones stayed.  I wish Regions would leave.  I miss my old bank...

This whole Branch lack knowledge (seriously). Love Mrs. Lucy though she is so energetic at all times. But if your having problems I will stay far away from this particular location and try another one in the Birmingham, AL area.  John M.

Worst experience ever... Went to get a 10,000 loan. I was approved the very next day...however with a high interest rate @ 17.49. This was a personal unsecured loan... Then they stated the underwriter made a mistake and should not approved me?? I have good credit and income debt to ratio is good. After going back and fourth with this bank for over a week... I was fed up and over it! Not to mention the fact that I have  been a customer of regions for 10 yrs! I went over to Suncoast credit union and was approved for my loan within 15 minutes and also with a 2.99 interest rate!! The 10,000 was deposited into my new Suncoast account at that time.

This regions branch is very unprofessional... and just out right ignorant! I told them over and over again what my intentions were with borrowing this loan yet they still kept screwing things up!  My trust in this branch is completely gone! I will be closing my account ASAP!

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.  Terrible customer service!  They do not train their employees in proper banking procedures.  They do not know how to handle any special banking needs.  The employees can't do anything without consulting their legal department.  They refused to accept that I have my parents' power of attorney, even though I have the documentation to prove it.  It is impossible to get any banking done with them.

Regions Bank is the Worst Bank. They have a totally worthless Incompetent Teller Supervisor Alejandra Estevan.
Does not know anything about business and when a Business customer comes to make a deposit. This Teller supervisor gives erroneous and damaging information to the customer.
She should be excused from her currant position and retrained. I know that nothing will come of this because Regions is a horrible bank and awful at assisting customers in the hour of need. Very poor Customer Service.

This is not specifically about the Carrollton branch, but about Regions Bank in general:  however, the Carrollton branch is my bank.

I have dealt with lots of banks over many years, but Regions Bank is really the worst.  Their online secure messaging system doesn't work, so I had to call them (voicemail hell), and then when I FINALLY got someone in the CD department, he could not answer a simple question.  I am going to have go personally to the local branch, just to find out when a CD renews.  Give me a break!!!!

Today I called to check on my lock box payment status at the Regions Bank in Jefferson, GA.  I was blown away when the branch Assistant Mgr told me that I didn't show up in the computer system as having a lock box at this branch.  She informed me that my box, 489, was issued to a Judy Robertson.  I panicked as I heard this information.  Immediately I rushed to the bank to check on my box and contents.  Just like the Asst. Mgr. said, they had no computer record of me and my lock box 489.  Again, their computer records showed that Judy Robertson was the customer with box 489. I did a quick visual inventory and things "appeared to be in order". I then met with the Branch Manager Greg Merritt.  He informed me that they were changing their lock box organizational system from a book to a rolling filing system.  I knew this because he told me the same story back in 2010 when I opened my lock box account with Regions in Jefferson, GA.  I know nothing about banking, but I could have transferred all lock box records from one book to a rolling file system in less than one week vs the two year project that is still not complete at this branch.  Back in 2010 I decided to stop making any major deposits in Regions Bank.  I'm not your typical customer.  In the past I've made deposits as high as 360k + in this branch. Check my early records and you'll see this is accurate.  

On another visit to your bank I asked a Regions employee by the name of Corey if he could notarize a document for my fiance.  He refused and told me to go accross the street and pay a local attorney.  The head teller told him that it wasn't a document that needed an attorney and she would be happy to notarize the document.  At this point the branch mgr, Greg Merritt met with me for over an hour. He went on and on about how it was his perogative to make decisions and "hell would freeze over" before he would do something wrong???  I was patient and listened to his power trip.  After listening to Greg, I went to Kroger and had the customer service rep. notarized the simple document and we were on our way in less than 3 minutes.

went there for the first time today and it was my last time for sure! customer service was awful, very rude and I didn't even end up depositing my money just left! I've been a customer for 10 years and never had this problem with any other branches... very disappointing

This is an excellent bank. As a business owner I have several accounts throughout the Knoxville area with four different banks, Regions is far superior in every category. The tellers are excellent, the private banking staff is excellent. I never submit reviews for products or services, but when I noticed that this bank had several poor reviews I was compelled to write this review. Please disregard reviews that contain poor recommendations due to over draft fees etc, I submit that the individual is responsible for those missteps not the banking staff.

My Very Best Banking Experience. There is a wonderful mix of people there. Helpful,knowledgable and Friendly. I must commend David H and Ashley. They are awsome, as was every other person I dealt with at that Regions Bank. That's all. And Thank You :)

I opened a checking account. I was asked if I wanted to be "opted out". When you "Opt In" you can charge a debit card even though the funds aren't there to cover the expense. Then a charge of $36 is also applied to your account for each time you over draw. I "opted out" but for some reason over the course of two months Regions took $826 out of my account from over draft fees. Banks make money off of your money and Regions takes money at an alarming rate. If you value your money don't bring your business there.

My 92 year old mom has banked here for 30 years and every bank employee, without exception, has been awesome with her.  Living a thousand miles away, my sister and I are so appreciative of the kind, caring service they've provided over the years, many times way above what was expected.  We feel that our mom is in safe, competent hands.

I had an unauthorized charge on my debit card from some company out of state.  I refuted the charge, filled out the paperwork, signed the affidavit and waited the ten business days.  Nothing. Called customer service.  Said I was declined. I asked why and it was because paperwork was not received.  Spoke with supervisor who contacted Irondale Branch and they allegedly refaxed paperwork. Another ten business days, nothing. Called again today and representative said she spoke with someone else who wants me to fax my paperwork again to a third party for review and another ten day waiting period.  So, in the mean time they have my $755 dollars...somewhere, which I may never get back.

I wish I could give zero stars because that is how frustrated I am with this stupid bank. I have been waiting for my check which was supposed to post immediately as I TOLD THE TELLAR TO DO and she was so incompetent she couldn't make that happen. I am still waiting for it to post but I also am getting random fees on my checking and savings account. They are a sorry excuse for a bank and I hope they go under!!!!!

Of all the banks we've ever had an account with, this is by far the worst! The customer service is Terrible--when the tellers make a mistake (like losing your checkcard--twice!--or shipping your checks to the wrong address) they talk down to you. We have had nothing but problems with this bank--they consistently get our information wrong and are rude when we ask them to correct it. We're moving our account as soon as possible

This bank is horrible. I'm disabled and sometimes make checking errors. Had a 32.49 balance they took out two fees of 15.28, 16.14 which left me 1.07...so they charged me $72.00 for those. I still had a dollar. Then I did put one through for 23.00 and they charged another 36, which they should have. But not for the others...they wont give me my 72 bucks back. So I'm goin to the main branch,then occupy chattanooga and then tv reporter.

Opened checking and money market accounts with representation of no fees - started getting fees on money market so closed after they refused to reimburse and then they started fees on checking.

DON'T BELIEVE WHAT THEY TELL YOU.

Obviously some of the other branches around the US are not as great as the reps I deal with, Lorraine, Robert and Peter have been nothing but spectacular! Lorraine is the best, always helping me out even when my daughter opened up an account as well. Robert was the first rep I had and just as great! Peter and I haven't done too much business with each other yet, but the past few times I have spoken with him it has a been a pleasant experience! Sorry to read all Regions customers don't have my reps! You guys keep up the good work!

Andrea, the manager at Parkway Commons has always been incredibly helpful with our many needs.  My only complaint is that this branch closes early(4:00 p.m.) which requires me to infrequently drive to another branch 10 minutes away which stays open later.
