I love the Staff @ the Yorkshire Branch.. they are always friendly and willing to help in any situation.

I have banked at several branches over the years and this one by far is the best.  The staff actually take the time to get to know you and the do a fantastic job at customer service.  Randi Raglin is outstanding.  I just hope that she stays under their radar because I don't want to lose her.  She has been extremely helpful with all our banking needs and always takes to the time to actually listen to you.  Unfortunately, that is a rare think these days.  Job well done.

We have been banking at this Regions Branch as long as it has been at this location and I have had excellent service from all the personnel that I have been in contact with.  We moved to Marietta (Indian Hills development) in 1997 and prior to that we were in Pelham, AL.  We have had noting but excellent service from REGIONS.

I went to my local branch and I was amazed at how nice and how professional the employee's were at the visit. Everyone welcomed me and showed I was important. I will continue to do business with what I believe to be the best bank in the area.

I can't say enough on how awesome Karla is. She is extremely helpful and especially great at loans. It is great to find that kind of service at a big name bank nowadays.

This is an excellent bank. As a business owner I have several accounts throughout the Knoxville area with four different banks, Regions is far superior in every category. The tellers are excellent, the private banking staff is excellent. I never submit reviews for products or services, but when I noticed that this bank had several poor reviews I was compelled to write this review. Please disregard reviews that contain poor recommendations due to over draft fees etc, I submit that the individual is responsible for those missteps not the banking staff.

My Very Best Banking Experience. There is a wonderful mix of people there. Helpful,knowledgable and Friendly. I must commend David H and Ashley. They are awsome, as was every other person I dealt with at that Regions Bank. That's all. And Thank You :)

My 92 year old mom has banked here for 30 years and every bank employee, without exception, has been awesome with her.  Living a thousand miles away, my sister and I are so appreciative of the kind, caring service they've provided over the years, many times way above what was expected.  We feel that our mom is in safe, competent hands.

Obviously some of the other branches around the US are not as great as the reps I deal with, Lorraine, Robert and Peter have been nothing but spectacular! Lorraine is the best, always helping me out even when my daughter opened up an account as well. Robert was the first rep I had and just as great! Peter and I haven't done too much business with each other yet, but the past few times I have spoken with him it has a been a pleasant experience! Sorry to read all Regions customers don't have my reps! You guys keep up the good work!

Andrea, the manager at Parkway Commons has always been incredibly helpful with our many needs.  My only complaint is that this branch closes early(4:00 p.m.) which requires me to infrequently drive to another branch 10 minutes away which stays open later.

I contacted Regions and they were very polite and helpful. They did as much as they could for me. Much better than others I have been with such as Compass.

I have had alot of personal and faimly banking issues and this branch has went ABOVE AND BEYOND there services to help! You never hear a Thanks but always a Complaint so guess what CONGRADS TO ALL THE STAFF AT REGIONS D I P !!!

I opened a company 15 years ago and started my business accounts with Regions. They have NEVER been anything but supportive of my financial needs.

It saddens me to see so many negative reviews of this bank. The personnel at the bank do not make the rules that apply to all customers. Just as time changes things, time so changes the rules.

I would highly recommend Regions. I have always had great service and expect nothing less in the future.

I have always received excellent service from Regions.  They provide several accounts for me.  I bank at the Belleair Highlands Branch in Clearwater.  I have to say it is one of the best banks I've worked with.

I will be banking at the Parkstone branch exclusively from now on. Excellent customer service from the entire staff and a friendly, inviting atmosphere. The branch manager was excellent in answering all of my questions and assisting me with some opportunities on how to grow my business. He referred me to an excellent CPA. Highly recommend this branch.

Give credit where it's due. There's a lady named Dava Stiles at the Dallas Bay branch and she wrote the book on customer service. Great job. There are a lot of people at the other branches in Hixson TN who could learn a lot from her because they behave like prima donnas doing you a favor when they help you.

I had my first overdraft resulting from an old outstanding check and the overdraft fee was reversed pleasantly by a very professional and friendly account manager.  I like this bank!

Did business with Regions many years on Ladys Island and three years Persimmon Street nothing but super excellent service always make the old codger feel special. They call everyone by name and greet you when you enter. It really brightens my day to go there. We financed a home through Regions Mortgage and same wonderful, easy-to-deal with service. If I need something I call ahead and it's ready when I arrive and our little girl DAWG says they have the best DAWG COOKIES South of the Broad River. I'll be a loyal customer until they run me off with a stick. =)
