I have been banking with Regions for years and never had any problems! If you read through the negative reviews you start to notice that most of them are left from people who don't pay their loan on time or over draw their accounts! Don't blame the bank for your bad banking habits and acting like the bank is at error! Don't spend money you don't have or take loans you can not pay for then blame your banking institution morons!

The debit card number for our joint checking account was stolen by what turned out to be a temp employee at a prescription processing office for a very large, national pharmacy.  The team at our local Regions branch responded rapidly and thoroughly, contacting all of the retailers where our card number was fraudulently used and getting all charges reversed.  

In the months that followed we worked with the pharmacy company and police departments in a couple of jurisdictions to get charges brought against the employee who had committed the crime.  Any time I contacted my local branch for any additional information being requested for the investigation, they responded rapidly.  The assistance we received from our local bank branch to resolve this unfortunate situation was exemplary.

I think this bank is great.I have had not problem with them the bank manger Heather is a very friendly person and helps you with any questions.

Regions Bank in Hapeville Ga has proved time and time again they they are the CREAM of The CROP!!  They are very professional and helpful! Recently my Godmother passed and I was a little confused on how to handle certain things. Not only were the two young ladies up front very knowledgable they were exremely helpful! The young lady in the office was very helpful also.  She went out of her way to explain in detail what I can and can not do.  I am very thankful for this branch!!

I have used this branch for years. The staff is very helpful and cheerful. They know me by name. I cannot imagine banking anywhere else! It is unfortunate that sometimes reviewers just write a review when they experience something negative about a business or a staff member. These people are great!

I was about to close all my accounts at this bank because another branch upset me, but the folks at the Ansley Mall location convinced me not to do so. If I am still at this bank is because of the crew there. They are all very courteous, helpful and professional. The representative resolved all my issues and the tellers went out of their way to satisfy my needs.

These folks have been nothing but nice to me so for all those unhappy client's I just say you can never do enough for some people!  They are just negative, unhappy people.Just be sure that attitude doesn't rub off on you.

I just got back from Regions and had to wright a review on to how honest and great they treat there customers. I got help from Peter, he was nothing but honest about me getting a loan and the steps that I would make and if it would be a good or bad idea. I also have been with regions for about 3 years now and I have NEVER had anyone that looked like that didn't want to be there or to help. Thank you regions.

I am shocked to see any negative comments about this bank! This is by far the best bank I have dealt with. Anne is an absolutely outstanding banker there. I've called her on many occasions asking her to open an account, give us a loan, transfer funds, etc. and she just handles it! Banking with Regions makes doing business easy.

I once thought the Regions was a rip off until I got to know the people inside.

At one time they offered no solutions to my problems at all.
However, the current staff July 2013 helped me solve some problems I was having.
Call the branch and ask to speak the manager or assistant.
Use the people there.

I pay no monthly fee.  The office staff are very friendly, if they see someone waiting, they will bring someone from the back to help out so you won't have to wait.  Their mortgage rates are very low.

After banking with First Citizens, Wachovia (now WELLS FARGO) and All South, we switched to REGIONS BANK in the Village of Sandhills.  We have been with them probably now for 2 years.  Our experience with Regions Sandhills has been second to none.   They take care of you the old fashioned way.  You are treated like a number, rather a human being.  I give them my highest recommendation based on my experience with those other local banks.

Never had any problems. Mrs. Mary Helen,(window teller) is awesome with all that she does! Wouldnt bank anywhere else!When I need to go inside to handle business, all of the ladies greet me and are very pleasant.

Every Friday I roll up to the window to make a deposit where Donna is usually there to greet me with a smile and usually a few encouraging words.

I usually don't do a whole lot of dealings with them--my account is maintained at a good balance where I mostly just make deposits, so there aren't really any issues that I've had to deal with.

One time, I wanted to fax something (to Canada), and they were going to charge me $5 a page. That was a little crazy....but hey, it's a bank, not KINKOS! :)

Before Donna, the staff seemed to be a little "stuffy," but now they've got a couple nice ladies in there.

So far, Regions has been a decent bank!
