We opened our account with Regions Bank at least 25 years ago.  The people at the Jasper Branch have always been polite and helpful.  Recently discontinued there Saturday hours, so we were forced to go to the Ball Ground locations.  Once again, nothing we have been treated great!  If you are looking for a new bank, I'd strongly recommend Regions Bank, couldn't ask for a better group of people.

Mr. Clint Irby the Bank Manager is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. I have had to contact him often since my husband got sick and unable to do the banking himself. The Staff at this Bank treats me very kind and helps me with whatever I need.
I would and have recommended this Bank to people I know.
I am very thankful to Mr. Clint Irby for his help.

I have been banking with Regions for over 16 years, since they were Amsouth! I love the branch in Summerville,Ga. The employees treat me like part of their family and not just like a customer. They help me soooo much and answer all my questions either in person or by phone! My husband use to bank with BB&T(Summerville Branch)and after 15 years of banking with them, he moved to Regions!!!! Just like me, he loves the family environment the soon we walk in.... Something other banks don't do.
Regions in Summerville put their customers first always and they go beyond their job title to make sure us, the customers, are well taken care of!!

Feels like a small town bank. They helped me in choosing the right products for my teens.  They also know me when I walk in the door. If I have a question, I'm put through to the same person that opened my account when possible. Great service.

Region's bank in the toco hills shopping plaza in Atlanta,Ga is the #1 bank in my books! I think what sold me are the Region's employees!
they always have a smile and a kind word to say.Love you guys !

From the minute we walked in we felt cared for at this bank. Jo, who is one of the managers is the BEST BEST BEST lady to ever grace a bank office. Jeff set us up with our account and was AWESOME, and Missy, is one of the best teller's I've ever met. Some of the older ladies there are a bit cranky, but I just always try to be kind to them and bless them. Bank jobs are not easy, and not very exhilarating, so I'd be cranky too in that position.  The bottom line is you have to have grace for people. If you don't, you end up with the bad reviews the people posted here. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with them, especially Jo. She is a gem among gems.

My business, my family and even my grandson all have Regions bank accounts and I wouldn't have it any other way!!!
They call me by my name and always are very pleasant. They do the same for my husband and because he has Parkinson's they will even make his deposit slips out.
I would recommend Regions Bank to anyone looking for a good bank.  They are very helpful and listen to your every need!

I read some of the reviews and honestly it's people who get checks directly deposited and withdrawl all the money or people who don't watch their spending... not judging by I used to do both. Now I don't want cash BC it's too easy to say well it's just a dollar until 326.00 is spent and your beating yourself for being a ding bat... online banking is free..  regions staff super educated and helpful.. they don't just fake a smile... they educate you .  Review your account... I did learn that you can opt of allowing overdraft but make sure you also block and auto drafts as well to not allow payment when there isn't enough to cover.

Staff is exceptional!  Especially the teller staff.  Always a smile on there face and ready to help.  I have about seven different accounts in the system with regions so managing my mess isn't always the easiest!  They make endless efforts to aid me in any way possible.  I appreciate what they do because it make me more efficient and profitable.

I have been a Regions customer for over 30 years (Union Planters then Regions) in two states. All of my banking experiences with any Regions branch has been exceptional. The customer service is excellent. I have never met, or done business with, a Regions employee that was not pleasant, professional, friendly, and in some cases delightful.  Thanks Regions! A HUGE thank you to my present home branch on Lee St. in Decatur, Alabama!

I needed help sending money to my mother.  I live in Canada and my mother is in Baton Rouge.  I couldn't get the right numbers to transfer the money internationally. I worked on it for 2 days, then called the College Drive Branch, where my mother's account is.

A very helpful man named, Jorge stayed on the line and step by step helped me get everything done.  If it hadn't been for Jorge, I don't know when I would have gotten the money to my mother.  Thanks, Jorge.

I have been with Regions bank for a while now.  I was with them when the bank was First American, then Am South and now Regions.  I have free checking and just finished refinancing my home with a 7 year mortgage at 2.5%.  Regions paid all the closing costs and this refinancing is a result of them calling me to offer this improved rate.  The representative that helped me through this process was awesome!  I just got off the phone with another Regions representative that was helping me with a credit to my account after I withdrew $20 from an ATM and then drove off without it.  No problems there either, he was extra helpful and my account has been credited.  After reading all of the negative reviews I'm totally baffled by the experiences everyone else seems to be having.  I must have some good mojo with this bank.  I have never considered switching and won't as long as I continue to receive what I think is unbeatable service!  And this review isn't specific to any certain bank in Knoxville TN.  All the representative have been great.  The lady at the driver through on Central always remembers me and Linda Majors at the Cumberland Branch is awesome!

The Regions Mansfield Tx Branch has awesome staff. Fast service,. Haven't seen Customer Service Like this in awhile. They're there to help and assist in anyway they can with a Real Smile. They offer tools and services to help there customers With personal or business accts. Jennifer and the Drive Thru Teller are Special People. Hands down compared to local CU and Banks. They have them beat. This Regions Bank in Mansfield Tx is Awesome. Even the Manager is Friendly.. True Friendly..
