What US bank Exchanges Iraq Dinar

Yes. My name is Stephanie Brownlee. Rumor has it that Wells Fargo Bank has listed on several WF Bank national locations that the new Iraq Dinar rate is $3.90 USD per 1 IQD, but not yet tradable.
I would like to work with Wells Fargo bank in Denver, CO. Any news yet from the IMF and the World Bank on when exchanges will start being available?

I have a considerable amount of foreign currenty (Vietnamese Dong) and (Zimbabwe) that I would like to exchange when they reevaluate. I have several bank accounts with 5 different banks and am wanting assistance in helping my investments grow and what methods to take to do that. This will require a financial wealth manager along with trust departments etc. I have spoken with other trust specialists and have a pretty good idea as to what I would like to do but must wait until the financial part has been processed. Is there a list I could get onto to be contacted to come in and begin this process so that when the revaluation does occur then I will be completely ready to be processed through?
Please advise.

or banks to contact to exchange these foreign currencies. please send me all bank in Gulf Port, Mississippi, natchez, Ms, dallas, texas and any surrounding areas from Baton rouge- New Orleans, La. area. also are they
tier 1,2,3 banks
