Lien on a vehicle title

A lien on the title of my vehicle was removed by JP Morgan Chase Bank NA PO Box 901098 Fort Worth TX 76101 sometime between 2007 - 2009 (?) and i need to know how may i obtain a letter stating this? I now have a duplicate title as the original was misplaced along with the letter from JP Morgan Chase, but my duplicate title is still showing the lien. I need this as soon as possible.  Thank you.
