I am astonished that some reviewers find the staff at the Upper Montclair PNC Bank to be rude. I have always had good experiences. The one time I got upset about something, I found out that it was my fault and not theirs. They were courteous enough to print out all of the deposits to show me where I had made the mistakes - with no charge. They were great sports in not rubbing it in that I was the idiot that made the mistake. I love going to this band and will continue to do so. I think that all of the brances are nice, but this one especially stands out as being one of the friendliest banks I have ever patronized.
