short and to the point...I looked up the business hours not the drive thru hours for Pnc Bank for Saturday. The hours are posted 8:30 am to 1:00pm and I made a copy. I get there at 8:30am the first door is open the second is locked i understand that then the bank manager tells me the drive thru is open at 8:30 ok but that isnt what it says on the website and then she tries to make it seem like I am a idiot and I dont know what I am talking about very very rude.

Wow, thanks for that very helpful grammar lesson. The erroneous use of "a" really detracted from the fact that a bank manager was rude to a customer. Yes, I created an account just to point out that you need a new hobby. :eyeroll:

BobH, you are too funny! I'm laughing so hard because I also created an account today just because someone said something that just irritated the heck out of me. I feel like maybe I'm the one who needs a new hobby.. LOL! But I feel better having stated my piece and now I'll probably never use this site again.
