I think this Rotterdam NY branch is Great. Very friendly employees, good service and a Super Manager !!

I have banked here for years, at all different branches, as I've moved a few times over the past 10 years. I had always loved Pioneer! They were a great small town bank, had great hours, great staff, and just went the extra mile.
Since branding themselves as "The New Pioneer", they are worse than most big banks. Their hours went from the best around, to horrific! I've had to make a deppsit for over a week now, but can't, because they aren't even open "banker's hours", and most branches aren't even open Saturday's anymore! And while they do offer mobile deposits, that doesn't work for cash, which is what I have.
And if the fact that I can't even GO to the bank isn't infuriating enough, I just got a notice that they will no longer be offering the Christmas Club accounts. They state you can now open a Passbook Savings instead... if I had wanted that, I would have opened that to begin with!
I also have issues logging on to their website. I get a message EVERY time stating that my identity needs to be verified via a text message or phone call. Mind you I access from the SAME device every single time. I understand security, but from one day to the next, that's insane.
It seems to me that the "New Pioneer" is only benefiting Pioneer. A bank that used to be so customer oriented, will be alienating customers very quickly if they keep this up.
This customer is already looking for a new bank!
