I have been banking with the Kernersville Branch since Pinnacle took over. The Tellers are excellent and willing to help in any way possible. The management is first class and cares deeply about their customers. I highly recommend this bank.

My boyfriend is one month that is waiting his credit card to work, he cannot see the money in his bank account,he cannot buy nothing online- and he's waiting from more than 1 month! Don't waste your time in this bank!
