My boyfriend is one month that is waiting his credit card to work, he cannot see the money in his bank account,he cannot buy nothing online- and he's waiting from more than 1 month! Don't waste your time in this bank!

As a real estate professional, I did not feel satisfied with other banks in the area, so decided to give Pinnacle a chance. 'I switched, and am glad I did'.

Pinnacle bank has low fees for its business accounts and a better interest rate on savings than most. They are competitive with their loans and generally eager to please their customers. My only complaint is the low limit on digital deposits I am allowed to make in one day. (I prefer digital banking) My deposits are all at the beginning of the month so I'm forced to make them over a period of days rather than all at one sitting. There is always a pleasant and helpful teller available during the weekday if I choose to go to the physical location. My emails are always answered promptly, too.
