Let me predicate this review with the fact I have lived al over this great country. I was a carry over from First Bank.
This staff and bank has always been nothing but OUTSTANDING. Good times, challenging times and rough times. Personal and business; ALWAYS ..
Communicate and you will reap great rewards.
Recently moved to Eastern TN. I am maintaining the relationship. It has not missed a beat. Great on line banking. Only a call away from 5Star service.

Ok I only got my account so my child support payments can be direct deposited in there. This bank was good for 6 years of my time banking with them. After 6 years it started to go downhill. I never once had an overdraft not once. My child support stopped coming for God only knows. And I had my first over draft. $5.25 cents kid you not. Never notified me. I never check that acct because it's not used for anything other than odds and ends stuff for my son. Never really used it. Apparently things were coming out of my acct without my acknowledgement. Never notified. All of a sudden I get hit with a letter saying FINAL NOTICE. PAY $5.25 TO PINNACLE BANK. Ok that's fine I'll pay it and that will be it. I'm nowhere near North Texas anymore I'm southern Texas. I called the main office in Keene and you talk about the RUDEST people ever. Can't answer a question without attitude. I was shocked. They treated me like I had written a $1000 in bad checks. It was 5 stinking dollars. I was told I couldn't pay over the phone either come in the office or pay by check. Ok well I went to go cash a check so I could send them a money order to pay this off. As I'm trying to cash my check they say we can't you are on check watch for 5.25. Are you freaking kidding me? Called my mom up too go pay them that day.The only one that was helpful and was very friendly was Mrs. Dora at the Cleburne office on Henderson. God Bless her. She helped the most. Would never recommend this bank to anyone.

We love the online billpay feature.  Our accounts are summarized at a glance when we log on and the home page keeps us informed with news about services.  When my husband and I walk into a branch, we are greeted by name and with a smile.  They really seem to care about serving our banking needs. This is a great community banking atmosphere and we don't feel like we're just an account number.

Pinn Bank Texas Needs to get out of Electronic Banking

Since PinnBank Texas bought or converted First Bank Azle, their electronic internet banking has gone down hill. We are unable to access just viewing our accounts on line even while on their support line.
This banking system is in denial as to the poor internet service that they offer.
Their tag line "The way banking should be" is actually fair warning to their customers that they have good personal service when face to face and very poor Internet. They think that their Internet banking is great...I got news for you. It is terrible. We have not been able to access over the Internet for several months.
