when I have a concern about my account and try to call the bank I cant never get anyone on the phone. this has happened on several occasions. I know there are branches opened on Saturday so why don't the phones get answered. things happen on the weekend too and it would put my mind at ease to be able to solve what is worrying me on Saturday instead of having to wait till Monday. I live 40 miles away so driving there is not always an option so I just feel like why should I bank somewhere that I cant find out about my money on Saturday. yeah, I know about the online banking but that's not for me. I don't bank online, purchase online or pay bills online.
