I have banked with them for over 10 years and since Mark Hamilton came to the bank it has gone down hill. He will fee you to death and the worst personality I have ever seen. I left the bank with my great credit and pulled my CDs and other loans. Mr. Miller and Jay Estes who used to be the president of the bank I would take a bullet for. Mark Hamilton raised the rates on my account every time of my renewal in a time where rates were coming down mine were going up. He came up with new fees I have never even heard of that cost my company a ton of money. I recommend going to any bank beside this one. I remember a time where dealing with a small bank use to mean something but poor service, higher rates, and fee you to death no thanks. Rate dropped several points fees were cut in half by going to Houston Community Bank, Compass Bank, and Bank of America compared to People State Bank. The poor people in Shepherd Texas do not realize they have a fox in the hen house with Mark Hamilton.
