Customer service is critically important to many people! I’ve decided to leave a bank I was loyal to for over 20 years because they failed to recognize the value of loyalty from this client and former employees. This disregard for such a fundamental aspect of their business model is unacceptable. Using my feet to make my point here, leaving my prior bank, I am happily voicing my opinion of my new find! I hope this business remains true to client satisfaction and employee retention. Seeing a familiar, pleasant face in person is an essential part of doing business, at least with me it is equally, if not more, important. This writer values human beings; I hope this survey was worth the time I took to articulate my humble opinion.
