While waiting to talk to a banker I treated so rude. I'm an African American. The term those people and jiga boo were used. The sad part the lady that said this I believe was a minority herself. I made the point to get her name. Ceyda you are rude and karma is real. The rest of the staff I have no complaints about. In 2019 I thought we moved past racial hate and discrimination.  I guess not!
