I have had Northwest community bank as my bank as long as I can remember Today, I was in Winsted Connecticut, so I decided to stop in the bank branch in Winsted. I’ve been in every pm branch in the past. The minute I walked in, I was greeted by the best people working there. Every single person working was so pleasant and helpful. The girl that waited on me her name was Jordan. I adore her. She was so kind and understanding about my needs for the day. She went way above and beyond to be accommodating and just plain kind. I have to say the branch in Winsted Connecticut is the best branch. Its because of the people that work there. Not only were they so unbelievably helpful, there was not one moment they did not have a smile on their face. Whomever hired this people made a smart choice. Jordan made my day today. She went above and beyond more than anyone I’ve ever come in contact with . What a perfect choice you made to make her your employee. I was having a really hard day with a lot of things going on . I left your bank with probably the best mood I have felt in a long, long time. I just want to say thank you to every single employee that works at Northwest community bank in Winsted division

I have had Northwest community bank as my bank as long as I can remember Today, I was in Winsted Connecticut, so I decided to stop in the bank branch in Winsted.
