One of the most incompetent branches I have ever experienced and would not recommend to anyone that I know. Also from the branch (Martin Luther King Dr, specifically) all the way up to the corporate offices are full of dishonest individuals especially if they don't think you have documentation. Thankfully, I am a lawyer and have no problem taking further action if necessary; however the idiots knew that I possessed records validating every call, cent, and deduction they made out of an account that I demanded be close for over five years. I would never in life work with this bank or the unprofessional ad dishonest Erica Johnson who is the Checking Service Manager AVP of the Greater Milwaukee Area and/or Lynne (president or the manager over Erica Johnson) or whatever her name is literally lied to my face unknowingly until I corrected her dishonesty. Even on down to the Call Center representative Deandra or Deandria who knows she lied about there being no documentation of me requesting to close the accounts and that was proven false when I brought up that I had all documentation. The turnover rate for the staff is piss poor and they have been through several branch managers to the point my request was lost in the Twilight Zone and instead of apologizing the idiot and bird looking Erica had the audacity to say "the customer is not always right" hoe are you dumb? You must be to believe mishandling an account would make any of YOU in the right lol. I honestly just laughed and reported her ignorance and honestly to wrap this up the franchise/branch is scam artists and will lie no matter the dollar or cent. STAY FAR AWAY. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
