I have been with chase for many years. We have two bank here in west bend wi. The bank on 33 treats me woundeful, greats me by name, everything I could ask for. The bank on paradise personaly makes me angry! I sat in drive threw for ten minutes before a teller noticed my exsistance. Then I buzzed her from drive threw, and no response. Buzzed again a teller on the other line said "exactly what can I help you with" in a bad tone. Wow I just wanted my balance, 10 minutes latter on top of it I finially got my recipt. Every time me and my three year old go to the bank on paradise he calls it "the slow bank" from now on ill go the distance to be treated nice and quickly.
