Been a customer of this bank for a few years now. They are quite helpful and never once have they treated me or my family as if we were bothers. We have multiple accounts by necessity as one is a guardianship account. Every year and periodically we have to go to them to pull records or get this or that for us. they are ready with a smile and helpful attitude. They have customer appreciation days... last time we went they had a cookout at the site. go do your banking and grab a hotdog, brownie, chips and a drink. LOL. It's just a nice thing and it was banking staff we knew serving us outside too. Just overall a nice place to do our banking. I have belonged to big banks but inevitably unless you maintain a place on their board or have lots and LOTS of money you end up treated like a gnat. No thanks. With MCB I feel like a valued customer and they are glad to see me come in the doors. They are large enough to offer many 'big bank' services and small enough to feel like a home town bank. Glad I found them and will be with them a long time to come. Hope others looking give them a shot. I bet you will love them too. :)
