The first reason I even went into the bank is because they have an A- (One of the top in Nebraska) rating by Weiss Ratings. (Independent rating agency, the most honest in the business)
When you walk into the bank you are often greeted by one of the Vice Presidents of the Bank. If you set up an account, you will be personally introduced to a VP who thanks you for your business.
The level of service here is similar to a Japanese bank and something that you rarely see in USA banks today.
In getting loans, if you have a decent financial profile, things are fast and easy with very few hoops to jump through.
