I am very please with the service ball all at the bank. Would like to giva a bit shout out for Megan Stoll and the great attitude she always has when I see her in the bank.

I want to thank Rick Craine for making it it so much easier. The person I was dealing with at a disclosed place seem I would still be waiting.I called Rick from another person that said he does a good job a stays on top everything. First day I talked he told me exactly what he needed from me to get it done and explaining everything. I then was able to watch the ball roll down with ease instead of trying to roll it up the hill . Thanks again Rick Loving the house I will definitely visit for future projects

I have been with other banks in the past, ie, BofA, Boatmans, etc and I have never found the customer service to be better than with Mid-Missouri bank. From bank President Daniel M Derges through his entire staff at the East Sunshine location.
They send out birthday cards to both my wife and I and when we attend the open house they send thank you card. They truly understand that the customer comes first. They are the best

My husband and I considered opening an account with Mid-Missouri bank until about two weeks ago when I needed change for our business quickly and our current bank was closed due to network issues. I paid to use Mid-Missouri's atm machine to get 20's and then went through their drive-thru. There were two tellers at the window. I asked if I could get change and was told by the young man that he would have to check since I didn't have an account there. He asked the young woman sitting at the desk. She didn't look happy or helpful. She dismissed my request without even giving me a glance. The young man had the grace to look slightly embarrassed when he said no but I was the only one smiling politely. I said that was fine and drove to the next bank...US Bank...who very kindly gave me the change I needed...with a smile!!! I understand bank policy but the attitude of the young woman at the drive-thru at Mid-Missouri was very dismissive. Maybe she was having a bad day but we are not opening an account there anytime soon!!!!
