You have not sent me my card as of today yet you send in monthly reports to the credit agencies,I worked to had to correct my credit and cannot afford for anyone to affect it,yes it is good not great and don't like people or companies doing half @## work when it concern my credibility,maybe it's because my address has changed,I am a new home owner does not take his credit lightly. 2623 Skyview Point Dr. Houston Tx 77047

I have a credit card with this bank and I strongly reccommend no one does business with this bank. They will
do everything they can to steal from you. They do not post payments when recieved unless you send the payment return receipt or through another means that gives you proof of when payment was made. I purchased there insurance coverage(Pays Plan)to cover me if I lost my job or got hospitalized etc., and my account went in the dump as soon as they took over payments. I was laid off my job and I have had numerous late payment fees because they do not do what they advertise. My first payment was listed as late by them and I did not have proof that it was on time so I started sending all payments to them by return receipt via the post office. No more late fees until they took over payments via there Pays Plan. This is the worst bank that I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Merrick Bank. I would give Merrick Bank a negative star rating if it was available.
