My experience was 5 stars!
after reading the reviews on line they could not be further from the truth.
Sarah and Kevin have been FIRST CLASS!!!
I think if only their are 3 unhappy customers that is awesome!
They are doing things right and are extremely customer service orientated!

Jenna who is the branch manager to top notch. She and her staff have been very helpful with some out of country transactions and a variety of other transactions. I wouldn't expect to be reviewing a bank under normal circumstances, but Jenna and her employees are simply the best of any financial institution with which I have had dealing over a substantial period of time.

Mechanics Bank has no more online banking services.
No one helps you, you get put on hold. It worked great for 40 years as Mid State bank to Rabobank an now Mechanics bank without a wrench.
