Mechanics Bank Riverlakes is part of an expanding chain of customer oriented branches. The staff is uniformly competent and cordial. CAROLINE KUNE has repeatedly assisted me in all ordinary transactions. Coupled with the Bank's Fraud Detection services, I have been saved perhaps $2000+ in losses due to diverse scams and tricks. Getting a new debit card after someone has hacked my current version [I do a LOT of shopping on line] is a five minute "at the branch" effort--simply outstanding.

My experience was 5 stars!
after reading the reviews on line they could not be further from the truth.
Sarah and Kevin have been FIRST CLASS!!!
I think if only their are 3 unhappy customers that is awesome!
They are doing things right and are extremely customer service orientated!
