Paul (Branch manager), Calvin, and Tim are bankers whose interest is my wellbeing. They are bankers as were around years ago. Always recognize me by name and it has nothing to do with the size of my accounts. They genuinely care. I closed accounts at other banks to consolidate here. It would be worth the trip to see these gentlemen for your banking needs.

I've used this company since 1978 at age 14 when it was Cleveland Trust Society and Ameritrust . I've never had a problem that couldn't be solved by their employees .

Terrible, terrible customer service. I called this branch because my debit card was compromised. They told me to call the customer service number. I ended up talking with someone in the Philippines. Not what I was looking for... called to speak to branch manager. No return call.
