We created a living trust and had questions regarding placing our accounts into the trust and, as usual, the staff was very helpful and informative.  We have always been treated with respect and courtesy.  We use this branch exclusively because of the professionalism of the staff and their prompt attention to our needs.

It is unfortunate the employees at this location where unable to help or should I say, make things easier for me by resolving my situation when I asked for help, Saturday 19, 2011.  I ordered a new ATM card from another branch. The call center and employee both indicated to wait 10 days, which I did. The card did not arrived therefore I rode my bike to the branch do to not having a vehicle. The employee said to give it a few more days, by Monday November 20, 2011. I was upset but never the less I gave it till then. Today is Tuesday November 22, 2011, and I know have to be inconvenience to call or come in the branch to resolve a matter so small. This would have been dealt with at a click of a mouse from the employee.  I’ve never had a complaint from Chase .The employees are always helpful and very courteous but this matter did not have to get to this degree. Again it is unfortunate. To be herd and for someone to hear my dilemma is all that I acquire with this letter, no other agenda, and of course for my ATM card to be ordered again.

I don't believe any body had the same problem that I have .I receive a retirement check from France from the last 6 years.all the sudden since last May the money is returned to France.not accepted (France tells me) For the last 7 months I have tried to find out why this as not been fixed ( at both ends) No help from Morgan Stanley at all..Still not getting my retirement from France....Really considering changing bank very soon..

Today my daughter went into the bank to cash a $50 check from the Grosse Pointe Band and Orchestra Boosters, I gave her my check deposit stub to verify we have an account there, she also has a  mastercard with them.  They would not cash her check.  Beyond pathetic................

Today I went to my bank (at the Raleys' Supermarket) to inquire on the status of my order for duplicate checks.  I had brought my order slip in person approximately two weeks ago.  I was informed that they had forgotten to make the order.  They stated that they would be happy to give me temporary checks, but if I wanted to get an expedited check order, I would have to pay an additional fee.   There was no flexibility.
I was very disappointed, especially since this was an error on their part.  Had I not gone in to ask, I would still be waiting for my checks.  
I did decide to get temporary checks, but at another bank.  After ten years, it was time to change to another bank.  Although courteous, their admitted error caused me from paying bills in a timely manner that I am used too.  Nor did I feel that I should have to pay an additional fee to have my checks expedited.  For those reasons, I decided to go to a different bank that day.   I have no regrets to switching to another bank that same day.  The customer service was very indifferent to my situation and immediate need.

Very Cool Chase Branch 39th and 8th Manhattan NY

Visited Chase branch yesterday on corner of 39th and 8th in Manhattan.  Visiting from Cali.  Lost my card and had no cash.  Guy who helped me couldn't have been nicer.  He got me a temp card, got cash for me at teller without me having to wait in line, rush ordered a new debit card at no cost...genuinely good chill people in branch. No New York attitude! Music playing was cool too.

I went in last monday, and I signed up for merchant services and they told me that in no more than 3 days my account would be open and active ready to start processing. Well is now Friday afternoon and I get a call saying that they have an underwriting problem and that they need some info faxed, ok no problem right? Wrong, hold on Wrong!!! they say that the Underwriting office is in Dallas and I am in San Diego, they close at 5.00pm which is 3.00 my time, I get this call at 1.57pm ok one hr, I call the lady back for over 45 minutes and 13 calls later no response, away from the desk or on another call. So now I am with no credit card processing when I have two major events Saturday and Sunday for a convention and I am a vendor. Really nice chase.. way to keep customers happy, I was better with Wells than this rats....

Having come from Wells Fargo, Chase is a breath of professional fresh air.  The staff is amazing, I actually DO have a personal banker and not an automated, arbitrary 800 number to call when I have a problem or question.  They made it easy to move and a delight to stay.

I have no problem with the bank . The tellers are always nice and always greet me well. I do have to say that there was a Rep I knew him as Nazar, He is no longer at the Branch. He was a wonderful Rep My Husband my son and myself felt very comfortable with his work and the way he worked with us. He always greeted us with smile. He was always very helpful and helped us with whatever we needed and explained everything to us. I would like to know where he is now. I heard he got a promotion, We are happy to hear that. May he continue to get rewarded and promoted for his wonderful work.

My husband and I went into our local chase branch, after getting a call from our business banker, her name is Angela Raines. I was waiting in the car in front of the bank finishing up a phone conversation for our business. My husband waited only a short time after going inside, until he was seen by our banker, Angela. After I walked in he was leaving,  because I believed he was done  working on our business transactions  (fast service i thought) actually he left because he was being hit on by this woman.

What drive through closes at 5 p.m?  Seriously, I do not get off until 5 and you would think you can stay open until 6 or open at 7 a.m.   So inconvenient.

I really like this bank and it deserves 5 stars, but I gave it only 3 stars for one reason....occasional utter complete lack of acceptable customer service. However, I find that I have only experienced this with one particular employee by the name of Gertrude. If you ever are directed to speak or deal with this very rude woman, immediately ask for another employee to help you, you will have a much better day. All the personal bankers are great, it seems that only this particular teller disrupts the quality of this branch of Chase bank. So, to customers of Chase, I have but one piece of advice; avoid Gertrude. Otherwise, people there are very attentive.

I have needed help with some complicated Trust Account changes as well as opening some additional personal accounts.  Jake and then Amy and, most recently, Ken Smith have all been outstanding at supporting my needs.  Their knowledge was impressive and when they needed Chase Legal advice they knew who to call.  Ken was also helpful in following up with me to help answer questions about the benefits of Chase's credit cards tied to my personal bank account.  I will definitely be making more "cash back" than I did before.  I highly recommend this company and branch.

We transferred our company account to Chase to better keep our 2 business accounts separate. One in my husbands name and one in mine for tax purposes. Husband wrote me a check as he does every month to pay bills. I went to cash it. They said it was not his signature and asked if I signed it for him. I said no! They didn't believe me. They aid the "E" on his name was different. Who signs their name the same every time???? They called him and He said YES he signed it and to please cash it. They told him he needed to come up and sign a new check in front of them! I'm his wife and he verified it! Time and money away from his work wasted to come write a new check! I tried to deposit his check another day. They know me, and they said they need deposit slip, debit card or account number to deposit. I asked if they could look it up as they ALWAYS do...NO was the answer! Every single time I go there I am harassed and treated like a criminal. Fed up and pulled our $ out of there! These are just 2 of the incidents I speak of. Their drive thru is SLOW, there's never anyone working, and the employees are not capable of good customer service. Beware and go somewhere else!!!!

Ridiculous staff

This branch is by my office so I use it. I just left after sitting in the drive-thru for 25 minutes. No one else around, 1:45 p.m. in the afternoon. This is typical. I have also in the past had someone give my cash back and driver's license to the person in the other lane and off they drove. Lucky for the bank and me, they were honest and returned it the next day. They are either severely understaffed or the manager is just completely underqualified to run a branch. All the other branches I use or have used are awesome. They need to do some mass fires and re-hires.

I am extremely happy with the service and caring I received at this particular branch of Chase in the last year.

The bank staff has repeatedly gone out of its way to help me whenever help or advise was requested. For any service I need, they are quick either to provide the service themselves or point me in the right direction. They are efficient, friendly, and caring, and I cannot recommend them enough. They have simply amazed me.

Gerald and Julio are the most amazing people ever in this branch. I am a business owner and I have been with Chase for many many years. Since the first time I walked in to the North Gables office I was immediately acknowledge by the branch manager and directed me to Gerald to resolve a fraud case I was working with and wasn't going anywhere. The moment a sat down with Gerald he was very warm and friendly and assured me that he was going to do his best to help me resolve my issue... And thats exactly how it happened! He was on the phone for over one hour until he figured out what happened and fixed it.

Not only he fixed my fraud issue, but also review my accounts with chase and offered me a business credit card, a business savings, the ability to offer direct deposit to my employees and also a wonderful check scanner
To be able to deposit my clients checks from my office.

This is what I called an amazing experience at a bank. Usually bankers in general are just trying to sell you a product when in reality is not what us as consumer really need, and that's something that I like about this branch. They do what's right for the clients. (at least with me ;-))..

After all, the branch manager Julio came over and thanked me for my business and handed to me his business card just in case I need it in the future.. Since then I have gone to the branch multiple times and both Gerald and Julio always greet me by name when they see meminsidenthe branch.

I also have to give it t the wonderful young ladies in the teller line. They are always smiling and very friendly with everybody.

Sooooo.... If you want to visit a bank full of knowledgeable and professional people, visit the office in 1300 Ponce de Leon Blvd. Corks Gabkes, FL. You won't be disappointed.

worst. nobody at customer “service” cares or even pretends to care. all odds are stocked against you if you have any kind of situation that requires a human solution, not a “system” respose. so much time wasted on pointless phone “veryfications” and “transfers” no amount of “bonuses” can compensate. NEVER. AGAIN.

the problem start with the new manager taj that he was acting in a rude way to me and my partner , he didnt want to help us or give us a decent costumer service .
he was racist to my partner and gave this weird comment about that he is the manager and he will do whatever he want. that's ridiculous!!!

 They drop the ball all the time, i feel like i have to babysitt them to get things accomplished! They change their policies all the time and never tell me, which has resulted in fees that i wasnt aware of on my account! It is absolutley unnacceptable! The telephone bankers are rude & do nothing to help! Do not bank with this branch! Or you'll regret it!

I went into the bank to simply re order checks, and the teller said I had to pay for them.  I told her I have been with the bank for many years, since wamu and way back when and never had to pay for checks.  Isn't chase always bragging about FREE checking!?  She looked further into my account and then agreed and assured me there would be no fee.  Surprise, surprise 2-3 weeks later still no checks, but a debit for the checks showed up on my account.  I had to call the 1800 number to get this resolved, which they did.  However it was annoying and inconveniant.  It's unfortunate because this is the only chase in the area, the 2ND closest chase is a town away.  Isn't chase also always bragging about having chase banks conveniantly placed in our neighborhoods?!  Definately true in NY but definately not in NJ.

I totally agree. I am a NJ resident a little over a year now and I'm so disappointed that there are not many Chase banks around here. New York has tons of them.

I had to call the 1-800 number to fix a issue with my account on line and on my app.  The reps are from another country and when I could not understand one of the reps and got very frustrated to say it lightly, I asked for a american speaking rep and due to this the other lady blocked my acct completely.  I became very upset and asked to speak to a manager after being hung up on 5 times I finally reached the manager which whom was also hard to understand.  She stated to me that they would not unlock my acct just because I could not understand them.  It upsets me to no end that banks hire foreiners to do their jobs. Well make sure they speak perfect english.  Better yet keep our money in america instead.  I almost pulled all my cash out of the bank that following monday if my local chase bank had not unblocked my account.  What right does a rep have to block me from seeing my own money. When I asked for the reps name all she would tell me was shara humhum.  OMG what a idiot.   So take note chase reps when a person calls in from the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA where ENGLISH is the primary language spoken we do not want to speak to someone that we can not understand trying to speak our given learned language. I was upset because I had just opened my account with Chase and this is how I got treated.
