I recently got married, went into the branck to change my name on my accounts - Specifically requested a new debit card AND credit card - neither one showed up. I called and all she could say is come on in to the branch..... I said I do not want to - I want her to check the records. She said come into the branch again. I said CHECK THE RECORDS TO SEE IF IT WAS ORDERED. She checked and said NO - come into the branch. I hung up
