I am a current Chase customer and have stopped in to this location twice to take care of a need on my account. I have several accounts with them for my personal account and business. After waiting for over 40 minutes the first time for a personal banker, I left because I had another appointment. This time I stopped in again 3 weeks later and a couple already waiting. How are you a full service bank, when you don't have the people to provide service?

After over fifteen years of being a loyal Washington Mutual Savings Bank and, subsequently, Chase Bank customer, I was miffed when a Chase Bank computer arbitrarily caused a change in my banking status which then set into motion fees for what had long been grandfathered free service accounts. After calling the corporate office and personally visiting the Walla Walla Branch, I felt frustrated with the dawning realization that old school empathy and good neighbor customer service had succumbed to the new "corporatespeak." Vowing that I was going to either find someone who would truly listen and help me find a remedy to the problem...or leave Chase forever even if it meant finding an inferior bank with free checking...I tried one more strategy--going to the College Place branch.
Literally three seconds after entering the bank, Bank Manager, Mary K., welcomed me and asked how she might help. Rather than delegate another person to handle my concerns, she invited me into her office and invited me to air my problem, even when it meant having to listen to my rant about corporate structure.
She was a great listener, very empathetic, and willing to go the extra mile. Assuring me that she would discuss my case with the district manager, Mary K. gave me 100% customer courtesy, great eye contact, and a sense of optimism that Chase truly hadn't forgotten about "the little guy."
Mary called me a few days later to give me the great news that she and her district manager had found a way to reinstate my former status. It meant a bit of corporate account juggling, but the important thing is that they made the earnest effort and had utilized a bit of creativity to remedy the situation.
When I consider how the College Place Branch Manager had helped me move from a position of truly wanting to terminate all of my accounts at Chase Bank to a position of extreme gratitude, I have no hesitation at all in giving this particular branch the highest ratings possible.
Thank you so very much, Mary K. You and your staff have renewed my confidence in Chase Bank. Your hometown friendliness and sincere concern for your customers were hallmark traditions that J. P. Morgan himself utilized in his business dealings. Certainly, you've made him proud today!

Do not go to this branch. Someone there, i believe, told a nutual friend about a dheck i deposited there. This teller told some people I knew and pretty much a whole bunch of people now know about it. I closed my account of over 10 years immediately. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH. And if you have any issues, talk to their corp offices directly. Dont bother with these jokers. Unprof. The teller who disclosed personal info dep my check. She was also rude and nasty. I opened an account with Chase in Harahan a few months ago. The staff are courteous, helpful, and (unlike other banks in the area) they come across as happy to be doing business with their customers. I have been working with Carlos at the Harahan branch, and he is absolutely fantastic- friendly, efficient, and excellent with follow-up. Keep up the good work!

I went into my local Chase bank (Los Banos, Ca) with a card I received in the mail for $100 if you set up automatic deposit. I intended on using it....trying the bank out for a while. When the manager came over she essentially tried talking me out of using the coupon. She asked if I intended on staying with the bank for a long period of time, and I responded "I don't know yet, I thought I would try you guys out". She proceeded to tell me that I was not the kind of customer they were looking for. I was shocked!! I had never been so insulted! Needless to say, I did not set up auto deposit. If it weren't for my positive experiences at every other Chase location I would have closed my account all together.

Wow, we have had nothing but bad service from this branch. It starts with being promised money put into a savings account if you deposit $10,000.00 into an account and having to fight several months to get what was promised. Second was a mortgage that we literally had to speak with the vice president of the entire Chase Bank nationally to get the loan closed and getting many promises from the local banker which were poorly acted upon by our local loan officer. Thankfully it did get closed but late through no fault of our own. And today was strike three when we were getting charged service fees on an account where it was not explained about a minimum balance. To which an arrogant branch manager said he was not willing to fix. I am amazed that one person would risk his integrity and reputation with other clients over $10.00!!! I am making sure to spread the word about this branch and it's terrible service. Would not recommend them to anyone.

My unemployment checks are deposited to Chase Bank In Prescott Valley, I always go to their ATM to take out my money and deposit it into Arizona Credit Union. This time I asked for the balance ---- put in full amount to take out and it declined me, the lady behind me was also declined. I went inside to be told again that they don't have anything to do with that card I need to call DES, it will take 10 days to get my money, I had to go back to my bank and take out a loan for a bill that was due,Donna Laxson Branch Manager at Arizona went beyond the call of duty in helping me to pay my bill, she suggested I go back to Chase and ask them if they could get my money any sooner, the manager at Chase couldn't be rudder, He told me he had nothing to do with that card and a couple of times asked me if I expected him to just hand me my money, again I asked him if you could speed up the time because of my hardship with car insurance due, He was extremely rude. I have earned every penny I collect. I have been paying into the system since I was 12years old.I am now 58 years old.So no I don't expect anyone to give me anything. Also when I went back to Chase there still was not a sign that the ATM was out of order, I told a guy that also had a DES card not to use that ATM. This is a very poor town and a lot of people are unemployed. I imagine if enough people loose their money to that ATM it could add up to quit a bit. And not being able to get it back for 10 days means more interest for the bank. Do not use Chase especially if you collect unemployment.

This Branch is the worst informational bank when it comes to working with Seniors and their money! The managers smile and are nice but beware of the BIG BONUS they will be making on your money. Find a specialist in this arena. Banks I found out are good for maybe a savings or checking account and that's it! Make sure that you get MANY other OUTSIDE opinions before it is to late, as I learned personally myself. These BIG BANKS are just another reason to use a Credit Union and to seek people who know what they are doing with your money, especially in the Fixed Annuity strategies. There are better company's out there who have been around for way longer and know way more then they do when it comes to investing your retirement!'

They give you instruction what kind of paper work they need for power of attorney and when you give them the paper work they tell you that it is incorrect and that you need to do it over again with different wording. I am going over with this third time already. Also their policies change from one day to the next. If I was a client that had millions they would even take the power of attorney from me even if it was written on toilet paper. That is what I thing about this bank it is piece of sh..

I was a bit hesitant to switch my business accounts over from Wells, but after the wonderful service I recieved I could not be happier! From the minute I entered the branch I felt like pure royalty. A well lit atmosphere with kind, outgoing people greated me as I walked through the doors. Immediately acknowledged with a smile, Amy Schumacher, invited me to her desk and was eager to answer my questions with a wealth of knowledge and a experience. She made me feel welcome and helped switch all my accounts, debit cards, and online bills over within the short time I was there. Shortly after opening the account I recieved a friendly phone call to make sure my new cards arrived and I was able to activate and use them without any problem. I appreciate the extra effort she put into every aspect of even my smallest of transactions and I would recommend this bank and Amy's service to anyone I can. You will not regret it!

Everyone at this branch is extremely friendly and helpful. There is always fresh coffee in the lobby as well as hot chocolate. I always greeted at the door and made to feel important. It makes me feel good to bank somewhere that they greet me by my first name. My banker Mark Roberts is extremely helpful and is always willing to help. His product knowledge is incredible and he always has new ideas on how to save me time. He remembers conversations that we talked about prior so I know that I'm not just another customer. He goes the extra mile to make me feel important and respected. I grew up in a small town so that kind of customer service is important to me. Thank you Chase Bank for putting a branch in Washington and for staffing it with such great people. I cant speak for every branch as I have read previous comments...I can only speak for the one I bank at and they are awesome.

I love this branch. I was going to another branch in Scottsdale which was terrible. Very snotty and unfriendly. But just love they folks at this branch. Can't say enough about how helpful and friendly they are.

I love my banker Alfredo at the San Ramon branch on Doherty. He's always friendly and smiling. He is the only reason I stay with Chase. As a former WaMu customer I wasn't very happy with the changes but Alfredo made it worth staying.
