I have been a customer in this bank for more than a year, I have 2 credit cards here and total deposits of more than 5,000$. And when I asked one of the bankers to give me the piggy-bank, as I collect them, she said I need to bring a friend or family member and she will think what she can do. Don't miss your chance to use this wonderful deal: One piggy-bank for one reference!!!
I really hate the wait-time I usually spend in this bank, but this "DEAL" is really cheap and rude!
think about leaving this bank now...Wells fargo is in the same distance from my house, but customer service there is WAY better!!!

Account Scare

I had someone call me from the branch I opened my acct. at. He left a message; no last name and no reason stated for the call. I didn't hear the message until after the bank had closed. I worried something was wrong with my acct. When I called in the morning, he said he wanted to schedule an appt. to sit down and discuss/update services offered. When I told him he should at least leave his last name and some reason why he is calling, he claimed he's not allowed to do this because he doesn't know who may have access to my voice mail and it would be considered "personal" information. How is leaving a last name and a simple statement of why you are calling "personal"? I filed a formal complaint.

I have used Bank One/Chase for over 20 years and I've finally have had enough.  I called for mortgage information, nobody returned my call. I went to the Mt. Pleasant branch in person, nobody could help me.  I have yet to even receive a phone call, and since then I have found a home and already received financing through Johnson Bank.....see ya!!

Customer service Isnt the best! especially the lady who works at the front desk for questions,etc!Shes a snotty lady who acts like she owns the place and  seems like she hates being there....YOU WORK AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! SUPPOSE TO BE A PPL PERSON!!! I really actually liked the bank it self but they need to work on theyre treatment of clients!she pissed me off so much that I picked up my money and took my banking elsewhere!!!

Very petty, not even willing to make a copy for you. My branch will make a copy for me however the other branches have said no. On my business account they hit me with hidden fees and I have to watch them like a hawk. I am moving to Tucson Fed Credit Union as soon as my merchant account is expired. The woman at my branch are really sweet but the bank itself is really tricky. You have to read the fine print because they will not tell you up front!

ISSUE WITH ATM MACHINE NEAREST DOOR AT THE FAIR OAKS LOCATION!!! I proceeded to deposit 300$ in the ATM only to have the machine freeze up and spit out a receipt telling me something has gone wrong.  After going inside and speaking with a teller, then someone in a cubicle, I was told that it would take 2-3 days to clear up the issue. The receipt has no information of how much I deposited, and no other record short of the video device can confirm my story.  I am writing this to warn people that as of October 06, 2010, STAY AWAY FROM THE TELLER MACHINES!!!  I hope the situation is resolved and I am not parted from my money to pay bills.  I would like to make note that I am also submitting a BBB report to keep this in a record for future reference should this scenario pop up again.
