Have been a customer of Chase for many years, and have yet to walk into the Franklin, Wisconsin branch without leaving mad. Worst customer service ever; mostly young employees, that are arrogant and condescending at best. Seldom receive a 'thank-you' and am sick to death of hearing 'no problem' when I say thank-you; what happened to 'you're welcome'?? Very unprofessional. Chase needs to have continual and remedial customer service training for EVERY employees and they also need to be reminded that the customer is the reason they have a job. Really thinking about moving our accounts elsewhere.
