I opened an account at the Eastvale, CA branch.  My personal banker, Fabian Cortez was absolutely wonderful.  I had been with my old bank for 25 years and pleased, until I learned thru Fabian all that Chase offers.  I love what I got, and have learned since.  Thank you Fabian.

Lending a hand benefits everyone

Chase Bank is akin to Nordstroms because Chase puts the customer first. The bank stands out from other banks by putting the customer first. For instance, Chase representatives provide advice which saves the customer money.

Most tellers are very fast and cheerful! And Management is amazing always makes me feel at home :)

The Coit and Campbell branch of Chase in Dallas is the most unprofessional institution I have ever been exposed to.  I had a conversation related to a family account with staff members.  That conversation was shared with other family members and has caused DIRECT injury to one member.  Don't go here.

Iv never been so disrespected in my life by any place a business before my experience with chase in Brentwood ca. I never wanted a account with them in the first place because of all the people that told me about chase. But they sent me a offer for some $ if I switch banks so I gave then a chance. I signed up with Kimberly and told her everything and she signed me up for the student account and sent me on my way with a promise that the insentive will be in my account in 10 days. Well it never came. Iv tryed to reach out twice and left messages that got no response. I called corp. office and they said they can't help me it's between me and my local banker that I can't get a hold of! Finally I got a superviser who's rude attitude got us nowhere. She stated that it's not her problem and she didn't set up my account. Unbelievable! Her job is to supervise the people that work with her! I tryed to work something out with her and she said I will not get anything because I should have known that student accounts can not get promo $. I don't work they and thus I dot know! I will not do business with a bank that doesn't honor their word, or doesn't care for their customers! Take it from me, bank ANYwhere else but chase.

Have been a customer of Chase for many years, and have yet to walk into the Franklin, Wisconsin branch without leaving mad.  Worst customer service ever; mostly young employees, that are arrogant and condescending at best.  Seldom receive a 'thank-you' and am sick to death of hearing 'no problem' when I say thank-you; what happened to 'you're welcome'?? Very unprofessional.  Chase needs to have continual and remedial customer service training for EVERY employees and they also need to be reminded that the customer is the reason they have a job.  Really thinking about moving our accounts elsewhere.

I don't know what some people are talking about when they say there are lazy employees. They get what needs to be done and do it the right way. What can they do if no ones there? I've had great service everytime I've been there so far.

 hay gente definitivamente amable en la cual podemos confiar hay otra en la que no pero el senor alex siempre es una persona en laque se puede confiar y te da un muy buen trato como el pocos pero en este banco hay exelente trato hacia toda las personas no importa su color y su forma de vestir y eso es muy importante bueno pues siempre hay algo y es nadamas cuando deposito hay gente que esta en el telefono y tardan mucho para hacer su deposito porfavor apresurenlos mas o pongan unsi=aing afuera paraque dejen de estar en el telefono me refiero a los clientes ok gracias por su atension y su trato

I will NOT use this branch any longer. It seems that they keep changing employees! My business is important and I am tired of seeing new faces every time I go in there! The branch manager is not helpful at all and acts fake! I won't deal with anyone other than Amy my business banker. constant new faces must mean its not a very good place to work! Went in there today and was meet with more new faces! Make up your mind
 and keep good bankers. My business goes wherever my business banker
 is! I have much money there to be passed around and she is the only one I trust!

I had to do some paperwork on an account with my dad.  His English isn't the best and the manager Soliman was super helpful with him and also very accomodating with our requests.  I live in San Diego and he totally helped out with mailing things to me at no cost or anything.

Great service!

I was very pleased with the help that I recently received. The staff is always upbeat, courteous and attempting to please. The bank manager is excellent. Although it is a busy bank the staff works hard to get to everyone as quickly as possible.

This branch is pathetic, everybody sitting around doing nothimg. I feel a sense of laziness among the employees!!

I was wating in line when a bank employee walked to the front of the line and started asking questions to the person in fronto of me. As the next available clerck called for the next cutomer, I asked the person in front of me if she was going to preceed or if I should go. The Employee looked at me and asked me to wait. The available clerk looked at me and signalled me to aproch her. As I tried to go past the emplooyee and the person in front the employee tapped on my shoulder and almost in a forcefull way and as if talking to a three year old she said very slowlly " Sir..? Sir..? she is next". This is the only uneducated person in the whole building, everybody seems to be very, very kind and profesional.

I was called by a loan officer to refinance my house, I did not seek this out. She said it would be no cost except the fee for the appraiser. After I filled out the paperwork rates dropped again. I looked around and was able to find the same loan at 3% instead of 3.5%. She said brokers aren't trustworthy we at the bank are here to help you, the bank needs to make money too, so she couldn't match the loan. I pulled the loan application. She did not respond to my email about canceling the loan. Come to find out they charged my credit card. I called and she said bank policy we can't refund. I did not have the appraisal. I emailed her manager about this and how she was not clear about the cost. He said sorry you didn't like our rates you won't be getting the money back. Now I know why for years everyone has said Chase is horrible.

I will no longer use this branch. While the front line tellers have always been pleasant (though the drive-thru is painfully slow) - they have no authority to make corrections to erroneous account charges.

The 'management' are not professional. They  do not return phone calls, do not answer emails, do not follow through, and repeatedly provided assurances that a problem had been corrected -- only for me to find that was not the case. Very frustrating.

I've taken my business to the Ridgefield branch.

For a small town bank you couldn't ask for anything better.  The personnel are there to help.  Lynn helped me with administering my Mom's Trust, notorizing paperwork, straightening out accounts and claim benefits from Insurance Companies.  Also Sean, who helped with closing out my home loan and assisting with switching over my accounts to a familt Trust.  Even the tellers are friendly, fast and courteous.  Thanks Oakhurst Chase.
