These people, the Martinsburg commercial loan officer in paricular and his bosses in Shepherdstown office are thieves to say the least! I have dealt with them for several years, loans mainly. I paid several THOUSAND dollars extra on all loans I had with them over the past two years. The beginning of this year they repossesed all of their collateral. Claimed to have sent late notices, which simploy isn't true whatsoever.
One out of four loans was EIGHT (8) days past due and they called the notes. THEN they started selling the collateral right out of my driveway, LITERALLY! NEVER was I given an oppurtunity to pay the loans in full which, is REQUIRED by state and federal law!
I understand people may not tell the truth on these reviews but, I AM!
I am losing my home, my kids couldn't even get decent shoes for school, we are living off of food stamps just so they have food to eat! ALL OF THIS DUE TO THEM TAKING MY TOOLS THAT I MADE A LIVING WITH EVERYDAY! My business average gross income for the past ten years is $500k PER YEAR! So, that should tell you what I'm dealing with!
Guess, I shouldn't have ever dealt with them to begin with but, I ALWAYS did right by them.
Daughter had to be taken from her school by ambulance the following day and we didn't even have a way to get to the hospital!
No money for lawyers but, I've been told by three that I've spoken with that it is a very serious thing they've done to us but, lawyers don't work for free and it'll be a year or more before all is said and done and I could file a suit that the attorneys will take a cut of. BUT, I don't have the gumption to go through that!
