I had opened an account with this bank bc they were the closest. Big mistake. I've paid over a thousand in fees and have only been with them for a year. I had a 300 credit limit but would find myself constantly paying and overdraft fee of 35. Even if I had money in the account before I used the credit for something I needed like gas. The credit is not credit in any way. If you use the credit, it's 35 fee per charge over your balance available. I complained about being charged 35 fee for a credit charge for 1.35 loaf of bread. I was polite in my email and received a letter in the mail a week later advising they are closing my account because they have the right to. Mind you I have 986 deposited every two weeks automatically and use auto drafts for 80% of my bills. They gave me a week to open a new bank. Then I have to make all these phone calls to set up auto draft again. All bc I advised I felt it was poor judgement to charge 35 for 1.35 when I have a 300 credit limit.

I HAVE NEVER ENJOYED GOING TO A BANK AS MUCH AS THIS ONE. THEY ARE THE GREATEST GROUP OF PEOPLE. THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND LOVE TO HELP THEIR CUSTOMERS. I WOULD DRIVE OUT OF MY WAY TO DO MY BUSINESS THERE ANYTIME. I HAVE ALSO RECOMMENDED THIS BANK TO SOME OF MY FRIENDS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK LADIES!
