I have been with Isabella Bank for 15 months, in that time they deleted my checking account so I could not access it (they didn't bother to call to mention they had made the mistake or where the money in the account went), the tellers instructed me twice in front of a lobby of folks, how they wanted the deposit ticket filled out, one time I made a mistake on cash back from the drive thru so they made me come into the lobby because again they wanted the deposit ticket filled out correctly, another time they didn't even bother to open the drive thur, when I went to push the button to pay a bill online their computer went down and the bill did not get paid, when I called about it they said that was not their fault and that I should always make sure they pulled the money out of my account, and lastly when I went deposit a larger than normal check the teller wanted to know if I knew the company who sent me the check, how did I earn the money I was depositing and did I think that the check was going to clear. I would say that is really none of the tellers business. I am afraid to go into the branch to do business because I am not perfect and the tellers want only perfect customers so they do not have to help you with anything. Good news is I found another bank.
