My spouse and I have been banking here for years, and we have never had any issues with this bank. The staff is super-friendly, and they go above and beyond to try and meet our needs. As for the daily withdrawal limit on debit cards, I asked that the amount be increased on our cards so that we wouldn't have any problems when shopping for higher-priced items such as furniture, etc., and the bank accommodated our request immediately. I personally do not like banking at large chain-type banks, because I feel they are too impersonal. While this bank has quite a few branches across Texas and Oklahoma, it still has that friendly, small-town bank vibe in many ways. Everyone here is just so nice, personable, and helpful!

This bank is unsatisfactory! For one their online banking is never up to date. Its always days behind. And their check card had a 500 dollar limit. So lets say u have bills to pay and groceries to get for your family of 5 for two weeks. You are having to leave your entire order of groceries at walmart because its over the 500 dollar limit by 80 bucks because u paid bills that day as well. I recommend anyone to go to a bigger branch like Chase or Bank of America. Dont waste your time with this poor quality of banking!!!!!
