This bank needs to be taken over by the FDIC. They are a bunch of crooks from the top down. Your estimated loan costs will be much lower than the actual costs when you go to sign. If you default because of lost income, lost job etc... THEY WILL SUE YOU. Do not borrow funds from this bank. Their turnover rate is huge and what one person promises you will not be the case when they don't work there anymore.
