Staff knows my name, always appear eager to help.  As friendly and helpful as I remember hometown bank being 40 years ago.  Very different experience than bigger banks.

Just switched from the "big bank" down the road to be warmly welcomed by the folks at HomeTrust in Skyland.  Their low fees, attentive service and genuine caring attitude will have my business for years to come. My only complaint would be the moderately long wait time to open a new account. I look forward to being a long time customer!
