I applied for a bridge loan at this location.  Wendy was exceptional in her assistance.  Wendell did the appraisal on our home.  We found him to be arrogant, condescending and rude.  He spent around 15 to 20 minutes in our home.  Problems?  He pays no attention to details.  1. He put a completely different first name than mine on each page of the appraisal.  2. He failed to include our full season sunroom in the overall square footage.  3. After approximately $50,000 in home improvements, to include a 30 yr dimensional roof, a Champion Sunroom, new wood flooring, new bricked fireplace, granite countertops, tile backsplash, a new $6,000 H&A unit, new LED water heater, totally new lighting etc, he gave us $2,000 credit for them and most of them were done within one to two years of the appraisal!  The end result was a mockery.  Our home was only 13 yrs old and extremely well kept.  Be aware that Wendell is a full time salaried employee of Home Federal Bank and not an independent appraiser.  Do you think there might be some conflict of interest in this picture?  ABSOLUTELY!
