This issue has escalated. I get different messages each month about how a past due mortgage is handled. This started with a notice in the mail after the payment was made to now threatening attorney letters and charges when the payment is less than 30 days past due. A draft was just made on our checking account without my approval for a payment. Certainly NOT the hometown customer friendly bank that began in Vernon before the 1900's. Grown too big and too many branches- nevermind the negative publicity locally with lawsuits and federal investigations.

VERY FAST SERVICE, LIKE A BIG BANK BUT WITH NICER PEOPLE.
THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING IS YOU OUR LIMIT TO ATM LOCATIONS BUT THEY WILL PAY YOU BACK THOSE ATM FEES FROM OTHER BANKS.
GIVE THEM A TRY AND YOU WILL LIKE THEM. HONEST. I HATE BANKS
