Employees speak in "Slang" and wants to give me a "Hug". I was already upset with their online banking, not to mention the horrible online bill pay system, but when that Big Stinky sarcastic woman working there walked up to me and unexpectedly hugged me - THAT was the final straw.
This Banking institution is very Unprofessional. Never again.
